Semi Automatic Bottle washing machine consists of 4
main parts:
4 Head bottle washing station
30 liter tank for water
1 HP SS 316 centrifugal pump.
5 micron filter cartridge with housing
Working Principle:
Machine draws water from the 30 liter water tank to the
inlet of 1 HP centrifugal pump. Outlet of the pump is
directly connected to the 10” filter housing which
contains 5 microns PP Pleated filter cartridge. The
outlet of the housing is connected to the 3 ways valve.
From this valve there are 2 outlets which are controlled
by a handle. ‘On’ position of the handle gives water to
the 4-head washing station. In ‘off’ condition, the
water goes to the by pass pipe connected to the water
tank.
On switching on the machine, pump gets switched on and
gives high pressure filtered water to the washing
station. At he 4 heads, 4 bottles are kept upside down.
Water jets directly enter into the bottle with great
force & clear the bottle. After cycle of about 10
seconds, the 3-way valve is switched off to the by-pass
condition. The washed bottles are taken out & new 4
bottles are kept on the machine for the next cycle.
In 20 seconds, a set of 4 bottles are washed .It means
approx. 700 bottles are washed in one hour. The machine
is simple to operate & made of total stainless steel
material. There are no moving parts & hence life of
machine is long lasting.
