MEMBRANE DISC SYRINGE FILTER-NYLON MEMBRANE

S&S Nylon Syringe Filters are designed for filtration & clarification of aqueous solvent samples in a wide array of analytical and research applications. It is primarily used to filter small aqueous & organic samples with low hold-up volume in order to inject column protection.

For applications such as filtration of biological samples, bacteria cultivation, protein filtration, Nylon-66 membrane is recommended. The loss in sample due to absorption is avoided.

The syringe filter is made of pure polypropylene housing & nylon membrane which is autocalvable. The membrane filter has a support under it and all units have a female luer-lock inlet & a male luer slip outlet for a secure fit to the syringe. All units are tested to verify the filter & housing integrity. Each unit is individually marked for quick & easy identification.

S&S PTFE Syringe filter is designed to filter most aggressive solvents, acids & base samples. These units are recommended for removing particulates from aqueous & organic solvents for HPLC solvent & gas chromatography filtration. They are excellent for filtering & degassing solvents before analysis. The syringe filter units are tested for low binding & flow extractable. They are made of pure Polypropylene housing & PTFE membrane which is autoclavables. The membrane filter has a secure fit to the syringe. All units are tested to verify the filter & housing integrity. Each unit is individually marked for quick & easy identification.
