develop and produce filter element and

Pleated media
During our
more than two decades of experience
manufacturing custom products, we have
successfully pleated a wide variety of media
in single or multiple layers including some
of the most difficult and fragile materials
available. We are able to pleat an extensive
range of materials from a maximum pleat
height of 60mm to a minimum 5mm with or
without glue bead separators.
Complete cartridges
We are in a position to develop custom made
cartridges to your specific application. Our
low tooling costs and short run capability
increases your purchasing power, and since
we work with many types of filter media, we
can at your request, offer a number of
material options to give you the best filter
at economic price. Cartridges can be made to
your specifications using components of
plastic or metal.
